Solutions Designed and Implemented:

• Design and implementation of a Windows NT domain and security infrastructure.

• Unattended software distribution and installation of applications onto desktop computers and servers.

• Provision of remote support and monitoring capabilities of all desktop PC’s and servers.

• Asset management and reporting of all hardware and software components on all desktop computers and servers.

• On-site systems implementation and support services to all facilties throughout NSW (metropolitan and country areas).

Development of customised SAP installation packages

for automated upgrade and installation

• Approximately 15,000 desktop computers

• Approximately 800 sites nationally

Solutions Designed and Implemented:

• Design and development of automated installation packages for SAP front-end and client software.

• Unique packages developed for each standard operating environment.

• Each package was developed for deployment using Microsoft’s Systems Management Server 2.0.

• Package deployment methods and techniques took into consideration the various network connectivity methods between sites.

• Full documentation, training and support provided.
